2 cups raw cashews,1/2 cup agave nectar or maple syrup,1/2 cup carob chips,1/2 cup water,
mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy consistency. place in container and let freeze for 12 hours. scoop and enjoy.

i left out the carob chips. soak the cashews in filtered water for 6-8 hours, rinse & drain for super creaminess. it really helps if you have a vitamix & only add half the water at first. you want fluffy. also, this can be icy, so the trick to to find the right combo of agave (doesnt frz) & h2o. - 1/12/11
