Ingredients
16 oz Ground Beef (extra lean) 1 cup Cheese (Shredded) - Kraft Mexican-Style Four Cheese (by --SHELLEY--) 8 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium) 1 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked) 16 tbsp Great Value All Natural Medium Chunky Salsa 1 cup Diced Tomatoes, Muir Glen Organic, No salt added 425 gram whole kernal corn- organic great value (by MARIAD90) 2 cup Great Value Light Red Kidney Beans (by RAYECHEAL) 1 serving Herb Ox Sodium Free Chicken Bouillon Instant Broth & Seasoning

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Brown meat in large nonstick skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet.

Reserve 1 cup cheese for later use. Add remaining cheese and all remaining ingredients to meat; mix well.

Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

Bake 40 to 50 min. or until rice is tender. Top with reserved cheese; bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until melted.
