Paula's Mini Chocolate muffins

Ingredients
0.5 cup Half and Half Cream0.25 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract4.0 tbsp Canola Oil1.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 tsp Baking Soda0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1/2 cup Splenda4.0 Eggs6.0 tbsp Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips1/3 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl add all dry ingredients. Make a hole in centre of mixture then add wet ingredients. Let sit for 6-8 mins to thicken. Pour into greased mini pan and bake for 14-16mins until toothpick comes out clean Serving Size:Â Makes 44 mini muffins
