40 oz 97% lean ground beef (by LISAKROBB) 10 oz Onion, sweet, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 175 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1.5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 1 cup Beans (Great Value) Pinto, canned rinsed (1/2 c) (by DARRYLE2) 290 gram Simply Nature Organic Black Beans rinsed (1/2 cup) 2.5 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies 15 jumbo Black Olives 6 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix 2 1tsp Olive Oil 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 110 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Sautée and season meat, add everything else to your instant pot, cook high pressure 20 min. I like to garnish with a little cheese, green onion, and Greek yogurt (or sour cream).
