1 large Egg Yolk 1 dash Salt 3 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda) 1 tbsp becel olive oil margarine 2 tbsp Krisda no sugar added chocolate chips 3 tsp Sukrin Gold (Adjusted for carbs) 0.25 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour 0.6 tsp Vanilla Extract
Melt butter in ramekin. Add salt, vanilla and sugars. Stir. Add egg yolk. Stir. Mix in almond flour then add chocolate chips. Microwave for 40-60 seconds. Check at 40 seconds and every 5 secs after If not done.
