No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

1 C Splenda Sugar Blend (or Granulated Sugar if preferred)1 C Karo Light Corn Syrup1.5 C Creamy Peanut Butter1 tsp Vanilla Extract4 C Rice Krispies
Combine Splenda (or Sugar), Corn Syrup and Vanilla Extract in a 2-3 quart saucepan on Medium Heat. Allow to slightly boil. Add Peanut Butter, and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Fold in Rice Krispies until well coated.
Drop by spoonful onto wax paper or foil and allow to cool.
Makes approximately 50 cookies.
