Max's Taboule Salad

Ingredients
Taboule Mix (Near East), entire box, prepared as directedGarlic, 3 clovesShallots, 6 tbsp chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 large whole (3" dia) - no seeds2oz. Fat free Feta Cheese (crumbled)Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices Avocados, California (Haas), 1.5 fruit without skin and seeds Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Lemon Juice, .25 cup
Directions
Prepare Taboule according to box directions. While resting, prepare all the vegetables, by washing and cubbing into tiny bits. Toss all together with Taboule mix. Drizzle with lemmon juice, olive oil and season w/ salt & pepper to taste. You may also add finelly chopped jallapeno peppers (without the seeds) and leave out feta cheese.
