Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
4 tsp Thyme, fresh 4 clove Garlic 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 serving Cheese, Parmasean 1/4 cup 2 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
Directions
place cauliflower florets in bowl with thyme, oil, sliced onions and peeled garlic cloves. Toss. Lay spread out on baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 30-45 minutes until tender. Toss a few times while baking.
Sprinkle on parmesan before plating.
