2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .7 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 tbsp Cream heavy 1 TBSP 0.06 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar
Directions
Cook veggies with spices you like in oil
Whip eggs and cream
add to pan, stir till set
add cheese, let melt
