Ingredients
1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 dash Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 oz Walnuts1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.5 tsp Baking Soda3.0 serving Banana, fresh 1 small 6" to 6 7/8"4.0 serving Oatmeal, Old Fashioned Oats (Quaker Oats) - 1/2 cup5.3 oz Kroger's nonfat plain Greek yogurt0.5 cup zero calorie sweetener2.0 oz Kroger unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Directions
Pulse old fashioned oats to a flour like consistency. Add all other ingredients except nuts, blend well. Add 1 oz walnuts. Line a 12-cup muffin pan or spray each muffin cup with a non-stick spray. Bake in a 400 degree preheated oven for 16 to 18 minutes. Serving Size: One muffin
