6.0 slice Bread, reduced-calorie, wheat2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Silk cashew milk unsweetened2.0 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground3.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
Mix all ingredients except bread in a deep bowl, and whip until completely blended. Spray a fry pan with oil and place on med. heat. While pan is warming soak bread pieces in egg mixture. The Pan is ready when a droplet of water sizzles, then place bread in cooking 3-4 minutes a side, until all bread is cooked. If you have leftover egg mixture just add a piece or two more bread. Alternatively, you can do this in the oven, except with a rectangular pan, big enough for bread and deep enough for mixture. Prepare the pan linning it with foil wrap and spraing bottom and sides with spray oil. Place bread in pan and pour egg mixture over, let it sit for 3-5 minutes or better over night in the fridge covered. Heat oven to 300 and cook until done, depends on your oven about 10 minutes or until top is light brown and egg mixture is firm. This is great for Christmas morning or an easy Saturday brunch. Serve right away with your choice of toppings or freeze it for an easy weekday breakfast. Just, reheat in microwave or in a fry pan for a minute turning once .
