Ingredients

6 oz caramel premiere protein shake 2 serving MuscleTech 100% Whey Protein (Sams) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 3 oz (20 halves) Pecans 4 tbsp *coffee creamer, italian sweet creme, coffee-mate 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 serving Yogurt 1 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand

Directions

Blend all ingredients in vitamix or other high powered blender until there are no leafy bits left and mixture is smooth. Pour into icecream maker and run till firm. Serve with pecans mixed in.
