Vegan sausage rolls

Ingredients
320 gram(s) puff pastry ready rolled to save time6 Vegetarian Sausage
Directions
Roll out the puff pastry if needed or better still until the rest rolled into a cutting board. Cut into 6 equal pieces.

Roll one uncooked vegan sausage into each rectangle of puff pastry and seal the edge using water. Place on a baking sheet.

Bake in moderately hot oven, gas Mark 6, for about 20 - 25 minutes.

You can eat these hot or cold.
