Peach Crisp

Ingredients
5 cups sliced Peaches, fresh 1/2 cup white all-purpose flour1/2 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 1/2 cup cold Gay Lea light butter1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp Salt 1 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Arrange peaches evenly in an 8x8 inch baking pan.

3. Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt in a bowl using a pastry cutter until evenly crumbled. Fold oats into mixture; sprinkle and press topping into the peaches.

4. Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 9 servings.
