Green Tea and Cherry Ice

3 cups sour cherry juiceJuice of 2 limes1 tbsp grated fresh ginger 1/4 cup sugar or Splenda granular (sugar used for NI)3 bags green tea
Bring juices, ginger and sugar to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, then remove from heat.
Add green tea bags and let steep for 25 minutes.
Strain into a shallow glass baking dish and cool to room temperature.
Freeze one hour. Rake through mixture with a fork to break up the ice.
Return to the freezer and repeat freezing and raking process until mixture is completely frozen and grainy - this takes about 6 hours.
