Cole Slaw with Kale and Cabbage

Ingredients
2 cup chopped red Cabbage2 cup chopped and massaged Kale 1 medium Carrot, peeled and grated 1 medium Apple, cored and chopped For Dressing:2 tbsp Kraft Miracle Whip Calorie Wise Dressing 2 Tbsp unpacked Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 tsp Celery seed Pepper to taste
Directions
Chop and massage kale to soften it. (There are videos on line about this) Chop cabbage (about 1/4 head). Peel and grate carrot, core and chop apple; do not peel. Combine in mixing bowl.
Shake dressing ingredients in a jar or mix with hand blender then toss into the salad. Stir and chill.
