Ingredients
1 1/2 C Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 0.25 tsp Salt 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1/3 cup Sour Cream 1 tsp xanthum gum 1/3 shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl Mix wet ingredients together until it’s a nice consistency Add wet to dry and mix Add cheese and mix Scoop into oiled muffin tins Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes and then let cool
