Ingredients
1 cup(112g) almond flour1/4 cup + 2 tbsp(54g) coconut flour1 tbsp(10g) vital wheat gluten OR 1/4 tsp xanthan gum1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/4 cup + 2 tbsp(90g) unsalted, room temperature butter6 1/2 tbsp swerve (OR another sweetener that measures like sugar)4 tbsp brown sugar swerve (OR 6 tbsp of a sweetener that measures like sugar)1 tsp vanilla extract2 eggs1 pkg stevia-sweetened chocolate-chips
Directions
Mix butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, mix well, and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
