2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 4 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder (by ANEWAY) 2 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp garlic powder1 tsp Coriander 0.5 tsp Ground Red Pepper (by AZMELODY) 16 oz Cod (fish) 2 serving Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 49g Optional toppings of slaw, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, salsa, grated cheddar, sliced avocado etc
preheat oven to 425, line baking sheet with foil. Cut cod into large, bite-sized pieces. In small bowl mix EVO, lime juice, cumin, paprika, coriander, red pepper, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Dip fish in marinade until coated on both sides, place on baking sheet. Bake 9 - 10 minutes. Heat tortillas. Divide fish onto tortillas. Top with your choice of any or all: shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, salsa, slaw, grated cheddar, sliced avocado.
