Ingredients
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon (Atkins) 3 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 package (6 oz) yields Canadian Bacon 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 4 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 0.5 tsp Dill weed, dried 0.25 tsp Salt
Directions
Fry up meats, and cook corn .let cool down then mix together
