Sauteed Cabbage

0.5 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 2 tsp Goya Adobo (All Purpose Seasoning) (by TIARENEE) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 cup Olive Oil 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Slice the cabbage in thin slices
Separate cabbage into pieces in a large skillet
Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Flip and stir cabbage, then cook another 10 minutes.
Add butter and adobo.
Flip and stir, then turn down heat to medium-low and let cook another 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let rest 2-3 minutes, then serve with your favourite meat and sides.
