Sauce:2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 small Scallion, chopped 1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar 1/4 cup Chicken Broth 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Sage, ground Breaded Chicken:8 oz skinless chicken breast 3/4 Cup Almond Flour 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tbsp Parsley
Heat the sauce ingredients in a small pot. Allow to reduce and thicken.
Bread and fry the chicken in the oil and serve with the sauce.
Can also serve with Cauli-rice or other veggie side.
