Ingredients
1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed1/2 cup fresh edamame, salted1/4 cup tomatoes, diced1 tsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Serve.
