4.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh480.0 Grams Mushrooms, fresh4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Sauteed mushrooms and onions. Steam broccoli until crisp tender. Beat eggs and coconut milk together. Put broccoli and mushroom mixture in a casserole dish, pour over eggs and coconut milk. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes to an hour.
