1 cup Wild Rice 3 medium Carrots, raw 1 small Onions, raw 5 clove Garlic 5 serving mushroom, portabella cap - 1 cap-3 oz serv 1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 4 cup Vegetable Broth 4.5 tsp Old Bay Seasoning (by PAMCARR1) 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
Directions
put all ingredients except milk in a crockpot
cook 8 hours adding coconut milk after 6 hours
