Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter, salted1 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 cup Flour1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 cup Buttermilk 1 tbsp Lemon juice (optional)4 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh
Directions
Step 1: Melt butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish; sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over top.
Step 2: Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder; add buttermilk and lemon juice, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened
Step 3: Spoon batter over brown sugar/butter.
Step 4: Slice peaches and arrange atop the batter
Step 5: Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 min or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
