1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp Everything but the bagel seasoning blend 3/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix (sift) all dry ingredients together
Mix all wet ingredients together then add to the dry ingredients. It will fiz. Thats a good thing. Spray your donut pan with olive oil and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy
Serving Size: 5 donut pan size bagels
**Optional - add a scoop of Genepro unflavored protein powder for a boost of protien
