Haley's Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 3 tsp Granulated Sugar 1.5 cup Friendly Farms Lactose Free Milk 2% Reduced Fat 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
Directions
- Sift together Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, and Sugar in a large bowl.
- Whisk together Milk, Egg, and Melted Butter.
- Stir wet ingredient mixture into large bowl and blend.
- Mash up two bananas.
- Incorporate well into pancake batter.
- Cook on medium heat on stove top. Flip when top of pancake is covered with bubbles.

Serving Size: Yields 10 Medium sized pancakes - 6 inch diameter
