Cheesy Chipotle Tofu Crackers (AirFryer)

5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 15 oz Tofu Extra Firm Simple Truth Organic
Slice extra firm tofu in cracker sizes, no thicker than 1/8 inch.
Press tofu between two clean dish clothes until as much water is out as possible.
Spray tofu slices with your choice of pam spray.
Add salt, chipotle and garlic powder to the parmesan, toss well.
Sprinkle half the cheese on one side, lay those side down on the racks for the air fryer, spray the other side and sprinkle remaining parmesan mixture.
Bake in Air Fryer for 18 minutes on 350 degrees.
Let air "dry" before storing in baggies for up to 5 days.
Makes 5 snack-size servings of crackers.
