Ingredients
17 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 cup Publix no salt added Tomato Sauce (by QUAYBIRD) 3 cup Publix Vegetable Soup Mix - frozen (by EATFRIEDOKRA) 1 cup slices Okra, frozen, cooked 1 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 4 serving Barilla - Ditalini Pasta (2 oz. serving) 1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 8 oz Onion, sweet, raw 2 serving Celery Stalk (1 med stick 7-8 in) (by SUNFLOWR) 4 serving Garlic, cooked (1 clove / serving) 8 tbsp Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix (One Package = 8 Tablespoons) (by LIFENPROGRESS) 7 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
Directions
In a large pot sauté onion, celery and diced carrots. In a separate pan sauté and drain beef. Add vegetable mix and okra (thawed), red beans, tomato sauce and soup mix. Stir together and add in ground beef. Add water, salt, pepper and any herbs/spices you wish. Bring to a boil and add pasta. Reduce to a simmer and cook, covered for 30 minutes.
