18 oz Omaha Steak Top Sirloin Steak 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 300 grams Portabella Mushrooms 1.5 stick Butter, salted 4 tbsp Oil, White Truffle Oil, Urbani (by J123452) 4 cup Sour Cream 32 oz Cream Cheese 6 cup Beef stock, home-prepared
saute chopped onions and mushrooms in butter and oil. add cubed beef, stock and simmer til beef is tender. add sour cream, some garlic powder and seasonings as well as the cream cheese and cook til the cream cheese is broken down and incorporated.
