6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 8 oz Cream Cheese 1.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk .5 tbsp Basil
Separate egg yolks and whites into two separate bowls. Beat whites until stiff and set aside. Beat yolks and cream cheese together. Add psyllium husk powder, garlic, salt, grated cheese, and basil. Beat until smooth. Fold egg whites into mixture. Spoon onto parchment paper lined baking trays into 12 x 6” rounds. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from tray right away and cool rounds on cooling racks. Store in sealed container in fridge for up to one week. Makes 12 large rounds. Great bread replacement for low carb sandwiches, etc.
