2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup) 2 serving Herbalife Formula 1 Shake Mix French Vanilla 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Fairlife Milk- Ultra- Filtered Fat Free 6 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 0.5 cup Oat Bran 0.75 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 6 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal 0.25 oz (20 halves) Pecans 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Preheat oven 350 Set aside 2 tablespoons of flax, 1/4 c. Brown sugar and pecans for top of muffins mix ingredients, sprinkle with topping, bake for 20-25 minutes Serving Size: 1 muffin (makes 12)
