Ingredients
1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 0.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Beat the egg in a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cook in a small -dash -waffle maker for 2-4 min. This waffle does not require over baking like chaffles do.

Serve with homemade keto maple syrup.
