Parmesan Cauliflower Simmer

1/2 cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated)1 tbsp low sodium dry Chicken Bouillon2 tbsp Sunflower Oil 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw , chopped1 tbsp chopped Garlic 2 cups Boiling water
1. Wash and chop up the cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat oil in a large pan on the stove.
3. Add the garlic and let simmer until starting to brown.
4. When the garlic is browning, boil the water and pour out 2 cups of it. Add the dry chicken bouillon to the water and stir.
5. Add the chopped cauliflower to the pan and add the water, too.
6. Cover and simmer until tender.
7. Strain the cauliflower and toss with the grated Parmesan.
8. Enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings.
