Stew Meat in Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
36.0 oz Stew Meat Certified Angus Beef (Meijers)3.0 tbsp Butter, Salted1.0 tsp Minced Garlic0.5 cup Yellow Onion0.5 tsp Sea Salt0.5 tsp Ground Pepper0.5 cup Mushrooms stems and pieces (Meijers No salt added )5.0 tsp Worcestershire Sauce (French's)3.0 tsp Dijon mustard (Meijers)32.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream (Meijers)1.0 tbsp Xanthan Gum
Directions
Use a med sauce pan on low- Med heat Mix Xanthan Gum into Cream and set aside. Add butter, meat & onion to the sauce pan and cook till the onions are translucent and meat is done to your liking. Then add Mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Next wisk in the Garlic, Dijon Mustard and Cream mixture. Bring to boil, turn down heat and let simmer for 10-15 mins ,or untill it reaches your desired thickness. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serving Size: 8 1/4 Cup servings
