Crockpot Ground Turkey Soup

Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 6 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)S&W Diced Tomato w/ sweet onion & roasted garlic, 3.5 cupMixed Vegetables, frozen, 2 package (10 oz) Beef bouillon, 5 portion, amount of dry mix to make Pepper, black, .5 tspMargarine, hard, 1 stickFlour, white, .5 cup
Directions
Brown turkey meat.
Combine all except last two ingredients in Crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Make paste with the margarine and flour. Add to crockpot shortly before serving to thicken. Once added change to high for approximately 30 minutes.
Makes 7 servings of 2-cups each.
