Granny's Yummy Pizza

1 pkg Jiffy Pizza Crust Mix1 Tbs Basil (dried)1 tsp Garlic Powder2 tsp unsalted butter, melted10 thin slices fresh tomato 1/2 cup fresh broccoli florets-chopped 3 medium mushrooms - sliced 1 chicken breast-cooked and sliced 1/4 cup tomato sauce-no salt 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 3 slices provolone cheese
Make crust as directed. Brush melted butter and tomato sauce on crust. Break apart provolone slices into about 4 pieces each and place across crust. Sprinkle with part of the Basil and garlic powder. Add the veggies and slices of chicken. Sprinkle the mozzarella across the top and the rest of the basil and garlic powder. Bake at 350-375 until cheese is bubbly and edges of crust is golden brown.
You can vary the vegetables and cheeses as you like. I try to keep everything low sodium and low fat as much as possible. I LOVE pizza and it is now a treat for me and this is so good that I don't feel guilty when I have it.
