Apple Cherry Berry Cobbler

3 apples peeled and sliced1 can cherry pie filling1 cup blueberries (or other berry)1.5 cups whole wheat pastry flour1/4 cup sugar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup butter1/2 cup buttermilk (lowfat)1 tsp vanilla extract
mix apple slices, cherry pie filling, and berries and place in deep dish pie pan or 8x8" square baking dish.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda. Cut in butter until it's in small pieces (pea size). Gently mix in buttermilk and vanilla extract. Spoon topping over the fruit mixture.
Bake at 375 deg F for 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve with cool whip lite, icecream, or milk if desired. Makes 6-8 servings.
