1 cup Hidden Valley Buttermilk RanchBag of Pork Rinds BBQ (Meijers brand)2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream (Meijers Brand)9 BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts 4 tsp Parmesan grated cheese (Meijers brand)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Max branch and heavy whipping cream in a shallow bowl and set aside.
put the whole bag of pork rinds into a big gallon-size Ziploc bag and pulverize until it becomes a crumb type mixture.
Place the crumb mixture into a shallow bowl and add the parmesan cheese. And stir.
dip the chicken in the ranch mixture on both sides and then into the crumb mixture on both sides and place on a cookie sheet.
baked in the oven for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees.
