48 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar Replacement (by GRAMMYOFTWO) 2 serving Flour - Gold Medal - Self-Rising - 1/4-Cup (by ***DEBRA***) 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup, chopped Pecans 1 cup Butter, unsalted 1 oz (20 halves) Pecans
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
Mix sugar, flour and chopped pecans together, in separate bowl beat butter and eggs until creamy, stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
Spoon batter into muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Cool and enjoy!
