Beef - Beef Stroganoff Meatballs

For Meatballs:12 oz Ground Beef 85%1 large Egg1 tsp Sea Salt1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1 dash Pepper, black 1/2 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1 Tbl Butter for frying For Sauce:1 Tbl Butter for sauting 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1/2 medium Onions 1 clove Garlic 1 cup Beef broth,8 tbsp Sour Cream1 tbsp Parsley
Combine all meatballs ingredients together, form 12 meatballs and brown in a large skillet. Set aside and melt butter for sauteing the mushrooms, onion and garlic. Add beef broth and scrape bits, whisk in the sour cream and return the meatballs. Stir everything till sauce reduces a little. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve over mashed cauliflower or favorte veggie.
