Ingredients
1 serving Italian Sausage-Bulk-1 pound-for recipes (by KATPRIEBE) 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 4 serving Bacon (Oscar Meyer, Center Cut) 6 cup kitchen ready boxed chicken broth, 32 FL oz, 4 cups per box. 1 cup serving size (by COOKWITHME65) 4 cup Fresh Kale Greens 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 16 tbsp Evaporated Milk, Fat Free Milk Carnation
Directions
cook bacon, drain. Reserve for later. Brown sausage, drain. Add chopped onion, garlic. Chop potatoes, kale. Add with the broth. Top with bacon. Stir in evaporated milk

    This tastes a lot like the soup at Olive Garden. I used chicken bone broth unsalted to reduce the sodium level. - 10/14/19

    Glad you like this soup. I have left off the bacon and still tastes great! Substitute fat free half and half for the condensed milk.
