Mike's Chicken Carbonara

Ingredients
Whole Rotisserie chicken 16 oz Angel Hair Pasta2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream2 large Egg Yolk1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Directions
Debone chicken and tear into pieces. Cook pasta according to instructions. Saute pancetta over medium-low heat until crisp, about 8 minutes. Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Whisk the egg yolks into the sauce. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese. Add pasta, chicken, and pancetta. Coat pasta and serve.
