400 gram(s) Apple, Gala (Small) 0.5 cup Butter, unsalted 24 tsp Coconut Sugar 24 tsp Splenda 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 serving Water 0.25 tsp Salt 1 serving Baking powder 0.6 gram(s) Arm & Hammer Baking Soda 4 serving Flour White Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 cup 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 28 grams Pecans 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
Directions
Fill lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Cook in preheated 350F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Let rest in tins for 5 minutes before eating. Serving Size: Makes 12 large muffins
