Mushroom and Gnocchi Marsala

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. olive oil 16 oz. mushrooms, halved, quartered, or sliced 1 bunch green onions sliced 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram ½ tsp summer savory½ tsp dried fenugreek leaves 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper3/4 c. vegetable or chicken broth 3/4 c. marsala cooking wine 1 package 16 oz. potato gnocchi
Directions
Melt butter and olive oil in a large covered skillet over medium heat (leave uncovered at this point).
Add mushrooms, sliced green onions, marjoram, salt & pepper.
Saute 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add broth, marsala cooking wine, and gnocchi.
Increase heat to high; cover and cook 3 minutes on high.
Remove lid and serve immediately.
