1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.0 cup Oatmeal flour (homemade)0.25 cup Dry rolled oats4.0 large Eggs1/2 cup Lady Boss Lean Protein Shake2 gala apples, cored, peeled & diced1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract2.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground2/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
Directions
mix all ingredients, grease muffin tin or use disposable muffin cups, add mixture and cook for 16-20 minutes at 350.
