Turkey or Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) 1 cup Homemade Stuffing (optional)1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Relish (Heinz) Sweet Relish 5 tbsp Mayonnaise, Hellmans Real MayoSalt & Pepper to taste*can also add 1/4 Craisins if you want some sweetness but you'll need to account for the additional calories
Directions
Dice up leftover turkey or chicken, celery and onion. Toss together with stuffing (optional) and mayo. Layer on some bread or in a wrap with additional toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, etc.) or on its own.
