2 serving American Cheese, White, GV 1 serving Arby's Horsey Sauce Packet 56 grams Mushrooms, canned 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 serving Meijer all butter European croissant 1 large roll (cl) (by CINDYR00) 2 large Fried Egg 2 oz Smithfield Boneless Ham Steak, 97% fat free
cook onion, mushrooms and pepper to desired tenderness. chop up ham steak, heat all through. Fry eggs in separate pan. You can lightly brown roll if want. I browned mine a bit for light crunch. Lay cheese, 1 of eggs, meat and veggie mix, horsey sauce... then other egg and cheese, and top with other half bun. Can eat entire thing if wish, but seems 1/2 the sandwich makes a perfect, filling breakfast with nice amount of protein.
