Mom H's Liver and Onions

Ingredients
12 oz Beef liver 2.5 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw 4 serving (Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by MS_MAYZEE)
Directions
use spray oil to lightly brown each slice of liver. once complete combine rest and simmer for at least an hour. Two is better. She serves alone or with boiled potatoes, then uses the onion/mushroom gravy over them.

Serving Size: makes 4 slices of liver with about 1/2 c sauce/onion gravy
